Ever since Cocopuff founded SkyWiki, he has been active in reverting vandalism and helping users with their wikis. However, he is also quite the controversial figure in the wiki world - from allegations of vandalizing his own wikis for years to leaking user data, he's been at the forefront of a lot of drama. Eventually, this ended up culminating in Cocopuff formally resigning as Steward in favor of being a Global Administrator, only to declare that he would not resign a mere hour later; thus, I'm making this RfP to let the community decide if Cocopuff should continue in any community role (he is still Global Administrator at the time this RfP was made).
